Recently, I had the pleasure of photographing a beautiful young family — mom, dad, and their adorable baby girl. She was at that delightful stage where she could sit confidently on her own and was just starting to crawl. It’s such a precious season, full of curiosity, tiny expressions, and the sweetest giggles.
We began the session with the mountains standing proudly in the background, creating a dramatic yet elegant setting. From there, we moved down to the rocky shoreline, where their little one became completely fascinated by the pebbles beneath her hands. Her laughter was contagious, and those natural, unscripted moments made the session incredibly special.
We ended off on the beach, capturing soft, intimate moments as the ocean waves gently rolled in behind them. The combination of sea, sky, and mountain created a timeless Cape Town atmosphere that perfectly complemented their connection as a family.
