Elopements
Just the two of you
Intimate, unhurried elopements in Cape Town’s most beautiful corners — mountains, coastline, vineyards. Your day, done your way.

An elopement is not a compromise — it is a choice. A choice to keep your wedding day small, personal, and completely your own. As a Cape Town wedding photographer with more than 22 years of experience and 500+ weddings photographed, I believe some of the most powerful wedding days I have ever documented were elopements.
No seating plan anxiety. No timeline dictated by a hundred guests. Just the two of you, a stunning Cape Town location, and photographs that tell the story exactly as it happened.
Whether you are eloping on a clifftop above the Atlantic, under ancient oak trees in Franschhoek, or in a private corner of one of the Winelands’ finest estates — I will be there to document every quiet moment, every glance, every laugh.
Cape Town is one of the world’s great elopement destinations. Here is why couples fly in from the UK, Europe, Australia, and beyond to elope here:

An elopement typically involves just the two of you and possibly a legal witness, with no guest list. A micro-wedding includes a small group of guests — usually under 20 people. I photograph both; the packages above cover elopements. Contact me if you are planning a micro-wedding.
Cape Town weather can be unpredictable, especially in winter. Cloudy and overcast light is actually beautiful for elopement photography — soft, even, no harsh shadows. If severe weather makes the session unsafe, we discuss rescheduling on a case-by-case basis.
If you’re searching for a Cape Town elopement photographer, I would love to hear about your plans.
Whether you’re travelling from overseas or planning locally, I can help guide you with location ideas, timing for the best light, and creating a relaxed experience.
