Every event is quoted individually — tell me your date, venue and rough run-sheet and I’ll come back with a firm quote within one working day. The guide below gives you two ways to look at it: typical packages for common event shapes, and an hourly rate if you already know exactly how much coverage you need.

How Booking Works
- Get in touch. Send me your date, venue, event type and approximate guest numbers.
- Quote within 24 hours. I will confirm availability and send a tailored quote.
- 30% deposit secures the date. Balance due on event day or shortly after.
- Pre-event consultation. A short call or email exchange a week before to lock in run sheet and priorities.
- The event itself. I arrive 30–45 minutes before guests, work quietly through the run sheet, and check in with you and your event coordinator.
- Delivery. Preview set within 48 hours; full edited gallery within 7 working days.
