How many photos do I get from a company function?

There is no set cutoff — you receive every properly-exposed, usable image from the event, fully edited. A typical 3-hour function yields between 150 and 300 images.

How quickly are photos delivered?

Within up to three working days of the event via digital channel. Same-day delivery is available as an add-on for R1,200.

Can you photograph group shots at a company function?

Yes — group shots are a standard part of every company function booking. I coordinate them efficiently so guests spend minimal time away from the event.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many photos will I receive?

Approximately 100–150 edited images per hour of coverage — so a 4-hour function typically yields 400–600 images. There is no cap on the number delivered; every usable shot makes the gallery.

Do you cover evening functions?

Yes. Most company functions run into the evening, and I’m comfortable working in low-light venues, on dance floors, and during speeches and award presentations. Uplighting and venue lights are worked with, not around.

Can you cover a full-day team build followed by an evening dinner?

Absolutely — this is one of the most common company function briefs. The day rate covers up to 8 hours continuously, which typically spans a morning arrival, afternoon activities, and an evening dinner. Anything beyond 8 hours is billed at R 1,400/hr.

Do you need a seat at the dinner table?

A seat is appreciated but not required. A meal during a natural break helps, especially on longer bookings. I’ll let you know beforehand if it would be useful.

What if the event runs over time?

I flag it with you if we’re approaching the end of the booked hours. If you want me to stay, I bill the additional time at R 1,400/hr, invoiced after the event.

How far in advance should I book?

Year-end functions book out from late September. For Q4 events, 6–8 weeks’ notice is recommended. For functions outside peak season, 2–3 weeks is usually fine — but the sooner the better for preferred dates.
