What I Cover
A golf day is a full-day operation — here's how the coverage works
Registration & Tee-Off
Both photographers cover registration, the welcome moment, and the tee-off together — the formal start of your day.
Front Nine & Back Nine
One photographer takes the front nine, one takes the back — every hole gets covered, every player gets photographed in action.
19th Hole & Social
Riekert stays for the 19th hole drinks, the social, and the prize-giving — the informal moments that complete the day's story.
Prize-Giving
Winners, trophies, and the closing formalities — covered properly so you have the images to share with sponsors and guests.
Sponsor & Branding
Sponsored holes, branded signage, and key sponsor moments woven throughout the coverage — nothing missed on the way around.
Group & Team Shots
Four-balls, company teams, and sponsor group photos — organised efficiently so you're not losing half the field to the camera.
A golf course is 6–7 kilometres long. One photographer cannot be in two places at once, and your guests on the back nine should not get less coverage than the front. Two photographers in two separate golf carts — supplied by your host company with drivers — is the only way to do this properly.
This is a non-negotiable for all golf day bookings. If the logistics don’t allow for two carts, we should talk before booking.
What Your Company Needs to Provide
Two golf carts with drivers, available for the full duration of the round. The carts give each photographer access to all 18 holes and allow us to move ahead of play to set up shots. Without carts, coverage is limited and the result is not what your day deserves. Please confirm cart availability when enquiring.
Why Golf Days Always Require Two Photographers
Delivery
48–72 Hour Gallery via digital channel
All usable images, fully edited, in two folders: full-resolution originals and 1500px social-optimised JPGs. Golf days generate a high volume of images — the extra window ensures every one is properly edited.
No Same-Day Edit for Golf Days
The volume of images from two photographers covering 18 holes doesn't allow for a same-day edit without compromising quality. The 48–72hr window is the right call for golf day coverage.
