How It Works
Everything Sorted Before You Walk In
Most executives don't have time to be directed on the day. The brief is done upfront — what the images will be used for, the background and environment options, the look and feel. By the time you're in front of the camera, we know exactly what we're shooting. Setup is done before you arrive. You come in, we shoot, it's done.
The Shoot Itself
Sessions typically happen at your office or company premises. A standard executive session includes a classic, professionally lit headshot (grey or neutral background if needed) and contextual shots in your workspace — showing the company environment that reflects what you do. Two or three location options within your premises is typical: boardroom, reception, production floor, wherever makes sense for how the images will be used.
Coordination is usually through a PA or executive assistant — they handle the timing, I handle the rest.

Additional edited images: R150 per image on any tier. For most executives, Tiers 3 and 4 are the most practical — we come to you. If you're in the Northern Suburbs, Tier 3 covers it. For locations across greater Cape Town, Tier 4 applies.

Can my PA coordinate the booking?
Yes, and that's the most common way these sessions get arranged. Have them get in touch — we'll sort the brief, timing, and location details with them directly.
How long does the session take?
Most executive sessions are done in 30 to 60 minutes. The upfront brief means there's no time wasted working out shots on the day.
Can we shoot multiple executives on the same day?
Yes. For team or leadership group sessions, get in touch directly for a tailored quote — the logistics and pricing work differently for multi-person days.
What if our premises aren't photogenic?
I'll do a location scout at your premises beforehand if needed. Most offices have at least one or two spots that work — reception areas, boardrooms, and windows with good light are more common than you'd think.
How long until we receive the images?
Edited images are delivered within five to seven business days via an online gallery.
