More Than a Headshot — A Content Library

A personal branding session isn't about one perfect photo. It's about building a cohesive image library you can pull from for months — the kind of variety that makes your LinkedIn, your website, your social feed, and your press kit feel like they belong to the same person.

If you've been cobbling together content from five different phone cameras over the last three years, this is the session that fixes that.

This shoot is for you if you're a:

  • Entrepreneur or business owner who needs to show up professionally online
  • Real estate agent building a personal brand in a competitive market
  • Coach, consultant, or speaker who needs images that match your positioning
  • Social media influencer or content creator who needs consistent, high-quality visuals
  • Public figure, author, or expert building a media presence

How It Works

The Brief Comes First

The clearer your brief, the better the result. Before we shoot, I'll ask you to pull together reference images — screenshots, mood boards, anything that shows the vibe, the settings, and the style you're going for. That brief is what we shoot to.

You don't need to be a photographer to put a brief together. You just need to know what you like and what you need the images for.

What the Shoot Looks Like

A full personal branding session runs two hours. We move through multiple locations (you arrange these — your office, a coffee shop, a studio space, a park — whatever fits your brand), multiple outfits, and a full range of shot types: wide shots showing you in your environment, medium shots for websites and social, close-ups and headshots for LinkedIn and bios, full-length shots, and detail or action shots that tell the fuller story.

What You Walk Away With

A variety of images across all those shot types that work together as a set — consistent lighting, consistent edit style, built around your brief.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to arrange the locations myself?

Yes — for Tiers 3 and 4, you choose locations that suit your brand and arrange access. I bring the equipment and set up at each spot. If you're not sure what would work, we can discuss this in the pre-shoot brief.

How do I put together a brief?

Save reference images from Instagram, Pinterest, or anywhere you've seen shots you like. Tell me what you need the images for, what platforms, and what feeling you want them to communicate. That's it — the rest is my job.

How long before I receive my images?

Edited images are typically delivered within five to seven business days via an online gallery.

Can I add more images after the shoot?

Yes. Any images from your shoot that you want edited beyond the included final images are R150 each.

What should I wear?

Bring outfits that fit your brand, not just what you'd wear on a normal day. Solid colours photograph better than busy patterns. Plan outfits that work differently from each other so the images have variety.

Can we shoot at my business premises?

Absolutely. If your workspace reflects your brand — a salon, a studio, a showroom, a production floor — that context often makes for stronger images than a neutral backdrop.

TELL ME ABOUT YOUR BRAND

Before we shoot, we talk. I want to understand what you do, who you're speaking to, and what feeling the images need to create. From there, I'll put together a shot list and location plan that makes sense for your brand.
