That depends on what you need covered. I work in hourly increments from a 2-hour minimum. Most conference and exhibition clients book 4–6 hours; full-day events (8+ hours) book accordingly. Golf days are always full-day bookings with two shooters.

Yes — I photograph multiple events at the CTICC each year, including trade shows, conferences and product launches. I know the venue well: the lighting conditions in each hall, the best vantage points for main stage coverage, and how to navigate the expo floor efficiently without disrupting your attendees or exhibitors.
Yes. Golf days always require two shooters (and two golf carts from your side) to cover the course properly. For large conferences or events needing simultaneous multi-room coverage, I can arrange a second shooter — just flag this when you enquire.
Professional conference venues are not known for great lighting — I shoot with professional full-frame cameras and fast lenses built for exactly this environment. I do not use burst flash that disrupts speakers or audiences; I work with available light and targeted fill where appropriate.
CTICC (Cape Town International Convention Centre) is the most frequent. I also regularly work at Century City Conference Centre, Spier, Stellenbosch venues, The Westin, Radisson Blu and various wine estates used for corporate functions. If you have a venue in mind that is not on this list, just ask.
