The Full Conference Arc — Not Just the Keynote
Most photographers arrive for the opening address and disappear before lunch. I brief on your programme beforehand, cover every session that matters, and stay through to the gala — so every speaker, sponsor, and delegate gets their moment documented.
Day Zero — Arrival & Registration
The tone is set before a single keynote is delivered. Delegates arriving at registration, badge collection, first handshakes, sponsor displays being admired for the first time — these opening moments establish the energy and scale of what’s ahead. We arrive early to capture them properly.
Day Zero coverage also includes any pre-conference evening events: cocktail functions, committee dinners, informal welcome gatherings. If it sets the scene, it’s worth photographing.
Main Stage — Keynotes & Plenary Sessions
The centrepiece of every conference. We cover the full arc: wide establishing shots of a packed auditorium, close-ups of speakers mid-delivery, reaction shots of engaged delegates, and presentation slides in context. Multiple angles, quiet movement, no disruption to the room.
Multi-speaker days are handled systematically — each keynote gets its own coverage sequence so every presenter walks away with strong portraits.
Breakout Rooms — Panel Discussions & Workshops
Smaller rooms, more intimate conversations. Panel debates, technical workshops, roundtable discussions, Q&A sessions. We move between venues as needed, documenting the depth and variety of your programme.

Networking Breaks — Coffee, Lunch & Conversation
Often the most commercially valuable part of any conference — and the most undershot. Business cards exchanged, conversations started, partnerships initiated. We document these moments candidly, naturally, without disrupting the flow of conversation.
Sponsor activations, exhibition booths visited, delegate lanyards and branding all get attention here. If your sponsors paid for visibility, we make sure they’re documented getting it.
Evening Social — Gala Dinner & Cocktail Events
End-of-day events deserve equal coverage. Whether it’s a formal gala dinner, cocktail reception, or a more relaxed after-conference gathering — different lighting, different energy, same standard of photography.
Evening socials often produce the most natural, expressive images of a multi-day event. People are relaxed, the formality of the main stage has passed, and real connections are visible. These shots round out the full story of your event.
